1.Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Meiziya will refund to you 100 per centum of the amount paid by you, upon the buy back by Meiziya at your request, of marketable (namely unopened, marketable and resalable) Products sold by Meiziya to you. You must return such marketable Products within ten (10) days of the Products received. You may only return the Products you officially purchased from Meiziya as official website, retail outlets or office. Meiziya does not pay/refund the original shipping costs on Products that you return. In order for Meiziya to correctly back out the applicable Bonuses on returned Products, you must keep the original sales order invoice or any supporting documents involved. You must provide the original sales order invoice to Meiziya at the time you request a refund. You may also return individual Products that are purchased as part of a kit or package.
2.The form of the refund will be based on the original form of payment such as online bank transfer, credit card or any other payment methods that listed in payment gateway. Instead of a refund, Meiziya may choose other alternatives such as a Product Credit if there is any. The buy back/return of Products may affect your eligibility to receive Bonuses and your Career Ranking level, and if Bonuses have already been paid on the bought back/returned Products, then Meiziya will recoup your Bonuses. Meiziya does not buy back/provide refunds for Products purchased from another Distributor. You must seek a buy back/refund directly from the Distributor who sold you such Products of Meiziya.
3.Exchange Policy for Products purchased Directly from Meiziya Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Meiziya will exchange Products purchased directly from Meiziya that were incorrectly sent, or are defective, if you notify Meiziya within ten (10) working days of the date of product received. If an exchange is not feasible, Meiziya may issue (i) a Company credit for the amount of the exchanged Products, which may be used to purchase other Products, or (ii) a full refund of the purchase price of Meiziya Products.
4.Procedures for Obtaining a Buy Back/Refund or Exchange You must comply with the following procedures to obtain a buy back/refund or exchange:
a)You must receive approval from Meiziya before you ship the return to Meiziya. This approval must be obtained either by telephone or in writing, and the actual return shipment must be accompanied by the approved authorization reference and sales order invoice or receipt at +6011 11139088.
b)Meiziya will provide you with the correct procedures and location for returning the Products. Meiziya will not pay/refund the original shipping costs on Products that you return. All return shipping costs must be paid by the Buyer;
c)You must return the Products to Meiziya International Sdn Bhd located at
I.No.12, Jalan Datoh, 30000 Ipoh Perak during office hours together with the original sales receipt (Inquiries at +6011 11139088).
II.6-1, Tower 2B, UOA Business Park 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia during office hours together with the original sales receipt (Inquiries at +6011 11139088).
d)All return shipping costs (if any) shall be paid by Buyer, unless shipping error caused by the Company;
e)Products sent to Meiziya without prior authorization will not qualify for a buy back/refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense; and (d) Procedures may vary in jurisdictions where different requirements are imposed by law.Policy for Uncollected Products after Payment (Self Collection)
You acknowledge that administrative time and costs will be incurred by Meiziya to retain Products and/or Business Support Materials purchased but remain uncollected by and/or undelivered to you. Accordingly, you agree that in the event that:
a)when collection is to be made by you and you fail or neglect to collect any Products purchased from Meiziya within ten (10) working days from the date of Self Collection notified, Meiziya will attempt to deliver the purchased Products to the address as provided by you at reasonable delivery charges.
b)where you have requested Meiziya and Meiziya has agreed to deliver any Products to you at your own shipping cost but Meiziya is unable to deliver such Products to you due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or the unavailability of the named recipient at the address as provided by you, Meiziya will not be responsible for any additional costing or event occurred after.
the expiry of the aforementioned period of sixty (60) working days, you shall be deemed to have requested Meiziya to buy back all of such undelivered/uncollected Products whereupon Meiziya shall, without further reference, notice or account to you, buy back such Products and refund/pay to you the amount paid by you in 50 per centum If Bonuses have already been paid on such Products, then Meiziya will recoup your Bonuses.
5.Money Back Guarantee, Customer Refunds, and Exchanges for Customers
a)Meiziya offers a ten (10) working day money-back guarantee to customers. This means that Meiziya must, for any reason and upon request, give a full refund of the purchase price to the retail customer. The only requirement is that the customer must request the refund within ten (10) working days after the date of delivery of the Products and return the portion of Product in is unused, unopened, marketable and sellable condition with accurate quantity. Meiziya must make a refund for returned Products within ten (10) working days of the customer’s request after all Products are returned and received by Meiziya. Meiziya honours all customers’ requests for refunds or Product exchanges even if made more than ten (10) working days after the date of delivery of the Products with a valid reason and subject to Meiziya approval.
b)If customer purchases a Product directly from Meiziya, and customer returns the Product to Meiziya for a Product exchange within ten (10) working days of Product received, then Meiziya is responsible for the Product exchange, and Meiziya will only replace the exchanged Product under the conditions listed below:
